Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Financial Analyst to support sales strategy, business performance, and cross-functional execution. This role serves as a key business partner to the Sales team, helping translate data into actionable insights, manage strategic initiatives, and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of analytics, project management, and business operations while helping drive growth and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
  • Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting, including revenue, KPIs, forecasting, and customer trends.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Create executive-ready presentations and business insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to coordinate key initiatives and customer projects.
  • Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM and ERP systems to support reporting accuracy and business visibility.
  • Organize and manage contracts, pricing agreements, and other critical business documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, sales operations, or commercial analytics.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Sage, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting sales strategy, pricing, or national accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Background in foodservice, manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products.
  • Familiarity with market research tools such as Technomic or Datassential.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms.

Pay: $35-$45
